HOA Dues

It's that time of year again..HOA dues are due in July. If you are behind, please catch up. This money is used for improvements that are made in your neighborhood.  Be on the look out for this year's invoices in the mail.

Let's be careful and respectful. The summer season is upon us! The 37,515-acre that makes up the Havasu national Wildlife Refuge is one of 500 refuges throughout the US. Wildlife dwells in a balance with people who live and recreate here. Remember, we are guest in the home of the lower Colorado River animals and plants. Please do your part to help protect them.

ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING ...

...Annual Meeting: September 18, 2010 at 9:00 am at The Springs Outer Harbor-Upstairs room. If you are interested in serving on the board Candidacy Applications are due July 31!

The work party turnout was a little skinny this season, however, thank you to all that came. We accomplished clearing weed, old trees and sweeping rocks from the entrance way. We had a hot dog lunch afterward and enjoyed visiting with one another. We hope to see you next time in November for our winter work party.

The purple recycle bins are for aluminum cans ONLY! Please do not disgard plastic bottles or paper in these bins. We appreciate your efforts so please continue to seperate your cans and throw them out in the PURPLE BINS. Robyn Stein.
